About me
I am an associate professor in acoustics and metamaterials. My research interests are the wave propagation in granular media, the acoustic nonlinearity and nonreciprocity, and acoustic metamaterials.
From september 2019: associate professor at the Université de Lorraine and the Institut Jean Lamour, Nancy, France.
Previous positions
From february 2017 to august 2019: postdoctoral fellow in the Phonometa group of Johan Christensen, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Madrid, Spain. From november 2013 to august 2016: postdoctoral fellow at the LAUM, Université du Mans, Le Mans, France. From april 2013 to october 2016: postdoctoral fellow in the Multi Scale Mechanics of Pr. Stefan Luding, Universiteit Twente, Enschede, Netherlands. From september 2011 to may 2012: postdoctoral fellow at the Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile, Chile. From september 2010 to august 2011: teaching and research assistant at the LAUM, Université du Mans, Le Mans, France.
PhD thesis
Theoretical and experimental study of acoustic wave propagation within three-dimensional
granular phononic crystals.
Supervisors: Vincent Tournat and Vitalyi Gusev.
Defended on the 14 of december 2010 at the Université du Mans, France.
